Oblate Talk on July 19, 2026

Father Kurt Belsole, O.S.B., will give the talk on Sunday, July 19 at 3 p.m., with a topic to be determined. Father Kurt is a native of St. Marys, Pennsylvania, and has spent much of his academic career in Rome. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Saint Vincent College, a Master of Divinity degree from Saint Vincent Seminary, a diploma in Latin Letters from the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome; a license in Patristic Theology and Sciences from the Patristic Institute at the Augustinianum, Rome; studied at the Pontifical Liturgical Institute, Rome and earned a doctorate in Sacred Theology in 1994 from Pontifical Athenaeum of Saint Anselm, Rome.  In addition to his work in Rome, he spent a period of time at Saint Vincent Seminary, where he taught, served as academic dean, director of spiritual life and rector.
