Humility Topic of Father John Mary in November

Father John Mary Tompkins, O.S.B., will speak to the Oblates of Saint Benedict of Saint Vincent Archabbey on “Humility in Benedictine Spirituality” at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 15 in Brownfield 202, Saint Vincent Seminary. Father John Mary is presently serving as the vice rector and director of human formation of Saint Vincent Seminary. He has also served as pastor of Queen of the World Parish, St. Marys, parochial vicar at Saint Vincent Basilica Parish, Saint Gregory the Great Parish in Virginia Beach and Saint Peter Parish in Pittsburgh’s North Side. He is a frequent retreat presenter and has also served as a hospital chaplain and a police department chaplain.
