Father Ignatius To Speak On Prayer

“Prayer in Benedictine Spirituality” will be the focus of a talk by Father Ignatius Camello, O.S.B.

Ordained to the priesthood in May, Father Ignatius is also a nurse. He migrated to the United States in 2001 and worked as an intensive care unit nurse for 13 years in Los Angeles, California. He began discerning a vocation and became a novice of Saint Vincent Archabbey on July 1, 2013.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Notre Dame University, Cotabato City, the Philippines, in 1992 and graduated from Saint Vincent Seminary in 2020.
