Oblate Talk on March 15, 2026

Father Killian Loch, O.S.B., will talk about “On Holiness in Benedictine Spirituality” at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 15. Father Killian is pastor of Saint Vincent Basilica Parish, and former prior of the Archabbey and director of Campus Ministry at Saint Vincent College. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Scranton, a Master of Divinity degree from Saint John Seminary, Massachusetts, and a Master of Education degree in administration from Boston College. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Scranton in 1979 and served in many roles there, including pastoral assignments, regional vicar and vicar for priests for the diocese and principal of a diocesan high school. After discerning a call to religious life, he professed first vows at Saint Vincent in 2011, and solemn vows in 2014. He has been active in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and is on the national board of Pentecost Today.
